Brilliant agency with some lovely staff who are approachable and happy to help.

They went above and beyond to help me through the 3 stage interviews for my new job. The agency contacted me initially after seeing my CV and I am so glad that they did, otherwise I would not have known about the amazing opportunity that was on offer.

Zoe listened to me and my requirements (and didn't just put me forward for any old job), she helped me get several interviews with some great companies. Some roles and companies I wouldn't have found by myself.

If you need a job in the Bristol area, look no further! These guys are absolute stars at Element recruitment. The service felt extremely personal and was complimented by a strong work-rate by them on my behalf (particular commendation going out to Harry from the team).

They were able to quickly identify & feed me tons of relevant roles based on my background, and also provided fantastic advice on competency questions, the interview process, and other questions. I have been with other recruitment agencies previously who I thought were good, but these guys were just on it to another degree — can't recommend enough; would select 6-stars if it were possible.

After a recent redundancy I was put in touch with Dan Morris at Element, and I have been nothing but impressed with his coaching, local network, and ability to get me interviews and ultimately a fantastic role in just two weeks, and over the Christmas period!

I spoke to several Bristol based recruiters at the same time as Element and none came close in terms of the support I was given. In addition, I was particularly impressed by Dan’s approach of understanding my past experience and career ambitions and advising me on the best next step, rather than just putting me forward for any finance role.
