Temporary Pensions Administrator - Bristol

Element Recruitment are partnering with a well-known pension provider in Central Bristol who are looking for Temporary Pension Administrators. This is initially for a 5 month period, with a view to be moved on to a FTC directly with the client. Experience with SIPP OR SASS is preferred is desirable. 

Paying:  £17.00 - £20.00

Hours: 35 hours per week working 9am - 5pm

Hybrid working, 3 days per week minimum

Assignment length - Initially 5 months, however this is with a view to move on to a FTC directly with the company after this

You will be:

• Processing of client instructions and any task activity accurately and to the service standards set by the company at all times, maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating discretion.
• Building good relationships with clients and business introducers.
• Where relevant and appropriate, informing managers, clients and financial intermediaries of specific matters or issues affecting their schemes and benefits relevant to each scheme especially actual or potential problems.
• Ensuring that client deadlines, all internally agreed key performance indicators, service standards and regulatory reporting requirements are met.
• To fulfil any other reasonable requirement of the department or Hartley Pensions.
• Proactively identifies risk within the department and escalates concerns to Team Leader.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience working in Pensions - SIPP / SASS
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and listening skills.
• Previous office administration skills
• Customer service skills
• Self-motivation and organisation
