About the Role: A technology company in North Bristol is seeking an Office Administrator to provide general administrative support. You will work in a quiet office alongside one other person, assisting with day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering the phone and answering queries
Handling general administrative duties
Managing office supplies and correspondence
Organising files and maintaining records
Supporting ad hoc business needs as required
Requirements:
Previous experience in an Receptionist / Administrative role
To be able to work autonously and happy to work in a smaller office environment
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools
