Temporary Employee Relations Specialist - Bristol

Element Recruitment  are working with a leading brand in Bristol who are looking for a temporary Employee Relations Specialist to join the team. This role is perfect for an HR Advisor looking to leverage their expertise in employee relations within a dynamic environment for a period of 3 months.

• Provide expert advice and support to managers on employee relations issues
• Manage and resolve employee relations cases and concerns
• Assist in the development and implementation of ER policies and procedures
• Collaborate with HR teams to ensure compliance and best practices
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of employee relations cases

The ideal candidate will have prior experience as an Employee Relations Advisor with a strong understanding of employee relations and case management.

This role offers hybrid working from the Bristol office, with the opportunity to move onto a permanent contract and an hourly pay rate of £24.72 - £26.64.
