Temporary Credit Controller - Bristol

Are you an experienced Credit Controller? Available for a 3 month temporary contract? 

Element Recruitment are working with an established Bristol company who is in need of a Temporary Credit Controller on a 2 months basis as part of a project team. You'll need to be available to start ASAP.

• Paying: £14.53 per hour
• Hybrid, minimum 1 day per week in the Central Bristol office 
• 3 month contract

You will need:

• Communicate directly with student and commercial debtorss to follow up on outstanding debt – using both email and telephone
• Use of data to identify debtors requiring contact
• Respond to incoming queries about debt and debt management
• Support commercial debt management processes where required
• Any other ad hoc tasks to support the credit control manager

You will need:

• Previous credit control experience
• ppreciation of Higher Education priorities – specifically, the need to balance income collection with student wellbeing
• Ability to communicate clearly and authoritatively, but also sensitively, with debtors; and to help resolve complex issues around payment
