URGENT - IMMEDIATE START

We are seeking a detail-oriented Team Administrator to support financial operations and office administration for a Charity based in Bristol. The role involves banking, supplier management, staff expenses, mail handling, and employee record maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily banking, reconciliations, and cash flow updates.
  • Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments.
  • Manage staff expenses, including pre-paid and credit card reconciliations.
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail and monitor accounts inbox.
  • Maintain staff records, monitor job applications, and assist with onboarding.

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and bookkeeping principles.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
  • Previous experience in finance or administration preferred.
  • Onsite working required.

This is a temporary role for 6 months, with an immediate start.
