Senior FP&A Analyst – Gloucestershire

About the Role: As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping financial decisions by providing deep insights, forecasting, and budgeting support. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership, helping to drive performance and enhance business strategy through data-driven financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial projections.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial data analysis.
- Develop and maintain key financial models, reporting tools, and dashboards to support business decisions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and mitigate financial risks.
- Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reports, including variance analysis and performance commentary.
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and strategic initiatives as needed.
Key Requirements:
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in FP&A or a similar financial analysis role, with a strong understanding of financial modelling and forecasting techniques.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficient in financial software and advanced Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
