Senior Facilities and Health & Safety Manager
Are you a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing operations, sustainability, and compliance?
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Director of Facilities and lead the team across multiple sites.
Drive ESG initiatives, chair the Environment Committee, and ensure sustainability targets are met.
Oversee office operations, maintenance, procurement, and cost efficiencies.
Manage invoices, billing, and supplier contracts to optimise budgets.
Ensure Health & Safety compliance, fire safety, and business continuity planning.
Lead refurbishments, office moves, and facilities improvements.
Person Specification:
Proven experience in facilities management with strong H&S knowledge.
IOSH/NEBOSH certification (preferred), IWFM/IEMA membership desirable.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
IT proficiency (Word, Outlook, Excel) and a full driving licence.
