Residential Property Solicitor (3 years' PQE min.) | Circa £50,000 | Gloucester | Hybrid
Element Recruitment are thrilled to be working with an Award Winning Property Law firm based in the Gloucestershire area, who are looking for Qualified residential property Lawyer/Licensed Conveyancer to join their busy team.
Reporting into Directors, this role will have you managing a varied caseload of conveyancing work whilst supervising and supporting the development of junior staff.
You will be:
- Qualified Conveyancer (Cilex, Licensed Conveyancer or Qualified Solicitor).
- Min. 3 years' experience within a conveyancing setting.
- Strong technical experience of; General residential conveyancing matters; Equity transfers; SDLT req's.
- Experience managing & coaching junior staff.
This role offers a competitive salary (Circa £50k) plus a generous benefits package, with hybrid working of 3 days per week in office with parking available.
