Do you have excellent customer service / FOH / Reception experience? Want to work in a vibrant office in Clifton? 

As Receptionist/Administrator you are the first point of contact for the company, you will be the friendly face that greets visitors and the efficient hand that manages administrative tasks and can use their initiative. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the office, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting various departments.

Prior Reception / Admin experience is essential for this role. 

This is initially for 6 weeks, however there is the chance to go temp to perm. 

Paying £12.04 

37.5 hours per week

Skills:

  • Strong administration, prioritisation, and organisation skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Excellent multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience of using software packages including Outlook, Word, Vision, PowerPoint, and Excel,
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Friendly and approachable.
