Element Recruitment are excited to be working with an engineering company. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator to join a dynamic team. The successful candidate will need to have strong administrative skills and can be taught the finance side if required.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support management decision-making.
- Filing historic records and retrieving necessary documents as needed.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in managing banking relationships.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate reporting of financial data.
- Banking and processing bank payment.
- Support with general finance administration, sales Ledger and purchase ledger
- Complete all sales orders directly liaising with the client.
Skills
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Quickbooks
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex financial information clearly.
- Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance standards is advantageous.
