The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent organisational skills and the ability to stay one step ahead of the game. You will be highly experienced in providing administrative support, have a proven track record of managing complex tasks and working to tight deadlines is also essential. You will be providing high quality and professional support to lawyers.

Salary Up to £28,000
Location: Chippenham
Fully office based
Duties include:

Dealing with emails.

Being the first point of contact for clients and intermediaries.

Producing documents.
-
Undertaking audio and copy typing.
-
Opening, closing and archiving of client files.
-
Undertaking anti-money laundering checks.
-
Running conflict checks.
-
Submitting expenses claims.
-
Arranging payments in and out and transfers between accounts.
-
Associated administrative/ secretarial support.
-
Being familiar with the basic requirements of the Solicitors Accounts Rules which affect the receipt and payment into the bank of cheques and the accounting of client’s monies.
You will need:

Experience of undertaking commercial property and development Legal Secretary work or Conveyancing work, or a keen interest and willingness to learn about Commercial work.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to prioritise your workload and work to deadlines.

Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail.

The ability to work under minimum supervision and under pressure.

To take pride in your work and enjoy providing first-class support.

A flexible 'can do' attitude.

IT skills including MS Office.
