Lead Receptionist - Bristol - Central

 Do you have excellent communication skills? Have you worked in a Senior Receptionist (or similar level role) within a professional / high-end Hospitality or within the hotel industry environment?  

Element Recruitment is partnering with a legal firm in Central Bristol who is in need of a Senior Receptionist. You’ll oversea the daily tasks in reception and switchboard, meeting and greeting clients, to ensure a seamless service for client and setting a standard in a clients journey.

This is also a perfect opportunity if you have worked in the hotel industry and have experience supervising Receptionists and would like to make the move in to an office environment, and get your weekends back.

Due to the nature of the role this is office based.

Paying up to £30,000 - £35,000

Duties include:

• Reception duties including answering the phone, managing the switchboard and meeting and greeting clients. Taking clients and visitors to meeting rooms.
• Ensuring that the workplace is always maintained in a tidy and well-presented manner
• To be responsible for and managing the health and safety for the First Impression team and visitor areas at all sites.
• To manage the staffing resource and play a flexible role to cover team absences when required

You will have:

• Experience as a Senior Receptionist or Assistant Front of House Team Leader
• A passion for service excellence and innovative ideas
• Excellent communication skills with clients and colleagues
• A high attention to the finer details without losing focus on the bigger picture
• Experience using email, Microsoft packages, room booking and switchboard software

• Excellent personal presentation
