HR Manager - Bristol - North

Element Recruitment have partnered with a leading business based in Bristol who are looking for a HR Manager to join the team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing HR and operational functions within a dynamic and fast-paced environment as well as leading on a number of exciting HR projects!.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR operational strategies and relevant policies
• Manage end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, selection, and onboarding
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations
• Monitor employee relations issues, as well as advising managers on all people matters
• Support the wider SLT with HR strategy and new initiatives for the business 

About you: 

• Solid HR experience within an HR Operations role 
• CIPD qualified with uptodate employment law knowledge 
• Strong senior stakeholder management

This role is paying up to £55,000 with a competitive benefits package and is an office based position.
