Element Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with an established organisation based in Somerset who are looking for a HR & Rewards Analyst to join them on a permanent basis. In this role you will work alongside the wider HR team, using internal and external insight, to leverage, develop, and implement platforms to increase efficiency and drive results through data-driven decisions. This is a fantastic opportunity to support key business decisions that enable the achievement of the organisations strategy and objectives!
Key responsibilities:
Development of new and existing reports to focus on key areas of HR activity including headcount, absence, and employee engagement.
Work with the HR team and wider business to identify and understand opportunities to improve data accuracy and data access.
Development of HR Dashboards to highlight key areas of HR activity (including headcount turnover, sickness, absence and ER reports, remuneration and commission).
Provide technical support to troubleshoot and resolve both basic and advanced support cases raised by the HR team including process, balance, workforce management queries.
Modelling of people data to ensure costs of various people initiatives, policy development, change programmes and reward items are forecast accurately.
