HR & Payroll Administrator - Bristol

Element Recruitment are working with a leading professional services business in Bristol who are looking for a HR & Payroll Administrator to join them on a permanent basis!

In this role you will be:

  • Handling payroll processes, including calculating and processing employee payments
  • Managing HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, processing new hires, and supporting HR projects
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of information
  • Assisting with HR and Payroll related queries from employees
  • Working on various HR and payroll system projects and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in HR Administration and/or Payroll
  • Proficiency in HR and payroll systems and software
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
