HR Advisor - Bristol

Element Recruitment are proudly working with a charity based in the outskirts of Bristol, who have an exciting HR Advisor opportunity in a beautiful rural location. As HR Advisor you will support the HR Manager to provide a professional, credible and efficient HR service. You will also line manage the 2 x HR Administrators.

• Salary £32,200
• Hybrid working
• Parking on site

Duties include:

• Coach and mentor line managers, and support heads of / directors to develop up to date people management techniques
• Review, development and implement policies
• Line manage the HR Administrators
• Project work
• ER casework

You will need:

• CIPD level 5 or working towards
• Employee Relation casework experience and up to date knowledge of employment legislation
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to travel across the geographical area
