Group Financial Controller | Swindon | Hybrid working | £80,000-£95,000 DOE + car & bonus - Swindon

I am working exclusively in partnership with a business who are one of the largest nationally within their industry. This unique opportunity will offer the successful person the chance to join the business as the go through significant change and look to grow dramatically over the course of the next 3-5 years. 

As Group Financial Controller, you will lead a team focusing on the reporting regulatory requirements and monthly management reporting. This will also be an opportunity to spearhead projects as the business changes over the coming months/years.

Responsibilities will include:

• Producing the monthly management accounting packs
• Reporting the monthly finance packs and ad hoc analysis
• Annual report and accounts for Group and 7 subsidiaries
• Lead the tax reporting and tax strategy management
• Subsidiary management reporting, analysis and modelling

Your Profile:

• ACA/ICAEW/ICAS/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant
• Strong interpersonal/communication skills
• Strong IT skills with Excel and ERP systems
• desire to progress within a fast paced business
