Global Payroll Specialist

Bristol | Hybrid | £28,000 - £30,000

An exciting opportunity has opened for a Global Payroll Specialist to join a leading international company in Bristol. You’ll manage payroll across 13 countries, support the global benefits renewal process, handle monthly payroll and benefits, and collaborate with finance on payments. This is a great role for an experienced payroll specialist to contribute to a globally recognised business.

The Role...

  • Administering global monthly payroll, including new starters, leavers, and benefit changes
  • Calculating salaries, deductions, and benefits, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and HMRC guidelines
  • Supporting global employee data tracking and benefits updates
  • Preparing and submitting monthly payroll data, including year-end transactions (P60s, PBIKs)
  • Collaborating with Payroll Lead and Finance team for seamless operations
  • Ensuring daily system updates in line with GDPR regulations

You will have:

  • Strong payroll experience with working knowledge of current legislation
  • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with ADP systems, IRIS Staffology, Zest/Employee Navigator benefit portals, and Sage People
  • Experience with UK pension administration and PAYE processes
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesment skills
  • Previous experience with PAYE processes.
