Finance Transformation Analyst - Bristol

Element Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a highly successful, global business who are on one of Europe's largest transformation projects. 

Working for the Head of Finance Transformation and part of a wider transformation team, this role will be driven business process and system improvements, supporting the wider delivery of multi-site implementations. You will drive optimal use of finance systems, reviewing process and look to improve ways of working and drive change and automation. 

You will have strong finance systems experience, with of working finance ERP systems. You may not necessarily be a qualified accountant, but knowledge of finance and accounting processes and modules within ERP systems will be advantageous. Knowledge of PowerBI would also be highly advantageous. 

A salary of up to £60,000 is on offer, as well as bonus and wider package. Hybrid working is available at their office near Bristol, with parking available on site. This role is initially offered on an 18 month, fixed term contract basis.
