Finance Manager | Swindon | £62,000 - £68,000

This International market leading services firm is looking for a Finance Manager due to further growth and increased market share. They have grown well beyond ambitious forecast and now require a qualified accountant with good reporting skills for a newly created position.

Responsibilities will include:

Provide guidance and training to the finance team on processes
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including management and financial reporting teams
Embed a monthly timetable with robust reporting deadlines
Review monthly close process and ensure that all appropriate reconciliation and documentation is provided and saved
Ownership of balance sheet and all reconciliations
Ensure that financial controls are embedded in the team
Data management insight and analysis
Input ideas and improvements to Senior Leadership Team

Your Profile:

Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
Strong technical background
Team management experience
Good level of Excel, and Power BI would be desirable
