Element Recruitment is pleased to be working with a successful firm who is looking for a bright graduate / professional who is looking for their first role in Tax. 

We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious graduate to join the Tax Team as a Graduate Tax Associate. This role is ideal for someone passionate about tax and accountancy, who is eager to learn, and who is ready to start their professional journey in a supportive, development-focused environment. You’ll gain exposure to various aspects of tax compliance and advisory, working with a talented team to help clients navigate complex tax issues.

Location - North Bristol, Parking on site

Office based

Salary - £24,000 - £26,000 + study support towards ATT / CTA

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with preparing tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Build strong client relationships and provide tax support.
• Conduct tax research and stay updated on regulations.
• Support tax planning and identify tax-saving opportunities.
• Maintain accurate client and tax documentation.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the firm.

About You:

• Recent graduate in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; open to learning new software.
• Motivated to pursue tax qualifications (e.g., ATT, CTA).
• Positive attitude and commitment to professional growth.
