This is a very exciting opportunity for a Finance Business Partner with our client, a leading international services business with over 2,500 global colleagues and a diverse range of dedicated market services. In this hybrid role, based in Bristol, you will play a key part in providing financial information, analysis, and support to the Business Services functions, working closely with various stakeholders including senior directors, COO, CFO, and other senior members of the Senior Management Team..

The main responsibilities include:

• Interpreting financial and non-financial data; understanding this impact on the wider business, and providing commercial and financial support on key decisions.
• Supporting the overall Financial Planning Cycle, with significant input to budgeting and forecasting.
• Controlling month-end reporting on Group Costs, and using this information to support the efficiency and effectiveness of management
• You will even have some involvement in key strategic initiatives; utilising your reporting and analysis as required
• Management of 1 Assistant FBP who supports you on some of the reporting and accounting
• Utilising continuous improvement methods to streamline the outputs and ensure the effectiveness and relevance of the reporting and analysis.

The ideal candidate should be a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent).

Previous experience in Finance Business Partnering in a similar role would be desirable. You may also be a strong qualified accountant with a natural flair for stakeholder engagement looking for a role with greater impact.

You must have a strong level of IT skills, especially MS Excel.
