Finance Business Partner 18 Month FTC - Gloucestershire

Element are pleased to be recruiting for a Finance business partner on an 18 month fixed term contract for a leading business in Cheltenham. The ideal candidate will be at least part qualified or finalist with a relevant accounting body (ACCA, ACA, CIMA), with strong finance exposure and demonstrated relationship building experience in a commercial environment.

Role & Responsibilities

Support senior leadership with making financial decisions for the group
Preparation of monthly management accounts
Build relationships with key stakeholders within the business
Work closely with the commercial finance team, driving awareness across the group
Budgeting and forecasting, leading non finance stakeholders through the process
Identifying areas for continuous improvement
Production of P&Ls with subsequent commentary

Key Characteristics

ACCA, CIMA, ACA part qualified or finalist (or equivalent experience)
Prior experience in a similar role
Hands on approach to work
Strong stakeholder management
Excellent communication skills
Able to work to tight deadlines
