Finance Analyst - Gloucestershire

Element are pleased to be partnering with a national company to recruit a Financial Analyst in the Gloucester area.

Role & Responsibilities

• Producing weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts
• Providing insightful analysis on financial trends
• Analysis of KPIs and reporting subsequent findings to SLT
• Oversight of Budgeting and forecasting models, ensuring business insights are represented
• Overhead cost reporting and preparation of financial papers to present to the board
• Identifying areas for continuous improvement 
• Ad Hoc deputisiation for senior members of the team. 

Key Characteristics

• Part Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
• Strong analytical skills
• Commercially driven mindset
• Excellent communicator
• Able to take initiative, working effectively as part of a team
• Fluent in Microsoft office.
