Are you an experienced Administrator? Do you have excellent attention to detail? Want to work in a great team?

Element Recruitment are partnering with a business in Swindon to support them to find an Administrator to support the Billing and Finance team on a temp to perm basis. You’ll be working in a friendly and supportive team of three.

This is a permanent role paying 27-28k per year. 

Working 37.5 hours per week

Hybrid working

Duties include:

  • Reconciliation of operational delivery with Client Invoices

  • Handling of day to day Client invoice and pricing queries

  • Administrative support, assisting with creating and documenting work orders, raising invoices, processing inbound and outbound documentation, and completing reviews of customer accounts

  • Liaising with credit control / finance department regarding client invoice queries when needed

  • Working with the rest of the finance team on process improvements

  • Invoice submission on client portals

  • Perform as a fully supportive team member

  • Communicate appropriately with all parties as & when required

  • Carry out any other reasonable duties to meet the needs of the team

You will need:

  • Prior Administration experience

  • Happy to work autonomously as well as within a wider team

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Able to prioritise you workload

  • Able to learn new systems and be happy to continuously learn
