Do you have excellent Customer Service experience? Looking for your first office role?

Element Recruitment are working with a leading manufacturing company, who are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their expanding team.

They are looking for individuals who would look to become an integral part of the team, supporting the sales team with administration and giving exceptional customer service!

This is a great opportunity if you are looking to move out of retail or hospitality and in to your first office based role. 

Duties will include:

  • Professional handling business to business inbound telephone calls
  • Processing customer orders
  • Offering advice and solutions where necessary

You will have:

  • Relevant sales, office and customer service experience is desirable
  • An ability to organise and priorities is important
  • A positive outgoing attitude

This role is paying £22,500 and is office based Monday - Friday on the outskirts of Bristol.
