As a Customer Service Admin you will play a crucial role as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a consistently high standard of customer service.

Pay & Benefits:

  • Paying: £12.21 – £13.00 per hour

  • Duration: 5 months

You will be:

  • Answering calls and directing them to the relevant teams where necessary

  • Monitoring the mailbox and handling client queries, escalating where required

  • Ensuring high standards of customer service by escalating urgent issues

  • Assisting with scanning and distributing post efficiently

  • Supporting team leads with ad-hoc requests

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience working in a phone-based customer service environment

  • Experience working in a regulated environment

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills

  • Strong time management skills

  • Self-motivation and organisation
