Credit Controller | Wiltshire | £25,000 - £27,000 + study support
Are you an experienced Credit Controller looking for the next step in your career? We are recruiting on behalf of a successful business based in Wiltshire who are looking to appoint a Credit Controller to their team. The successful candidate will have a proactive approach and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for managing the company's credit activities, including credit checks, credit limits, collections and credit reporting. The key responsibilities of the role include: • Maintaining and updating customer credit information in the company's internal systems • Performing credit checks on new customers • Setting credit limits and monitoring credit exposure on existing customers • Collecting outstanding payments in a timely manner • Liaising with customers to resolve any credit issues • Reporting on the status of the company's credit activities To be considered for this role, you'll need to demonstrate the following skills and experience: • Proven experience as a Credit Controller • Excellent organisational and communication skills • Strong attention to detail • Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Excellent customer service and negotiation skills • Experience using computerised accounting systems This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful company with an excellent reputation.
