Commercial Finance Manager | £55,000 - £65,000 | Manufacturing, Gloucestershire

This technologically advanced manufacturing specialist is looking for a fully qualified accountant. The candidate will have a fantastic opportunity to influence performance across the group in terms of business partnering, analysis and stakeholder engagement. They will use the reporting and analysis to influence key operational stakeholders, and support profitability and efficiencies. They will also have a core monthly management reporting element, involvement in year end, and even support in the annual budgeting and forecasting cycle.

• Produce monthly management accounts, including P&L, variances, and cost reporting.
• Report and analyse spend across key operational cost centres.
• Support the Head of Finance with the FP&A processes, including the annual budgeting & forecasting process.
• Management and ensure effective control of the balance sheet, including reconciliation
• Cashflow forecasting
• KPI reporting
• Ad hoc commercial analysis, financial appraisal, and project accounting.
• Potential for scenario modelling of future strategic / commercial opportunities

Requirements:

• Accounting Qualification (CIMA/ACCA/ACA).
• Strong communication skills, including good stakeholder management.
• Organised, insightful and a natural curiosity to improve processes.
• Solid Management Reporting experience
• Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.
