Are you an experienced Administrator? Do you have excellent attention to detail? Want to work in a great team?

Element Recruitment are partnering with a business in Malmsbury to support them to find an Administrator to support the Billing and Finance team on a temp to perm basis. You’ll be working in a friendly and supportive team of three.

Initially on a 3 month period, with the view to go in to a permanent role

£13.33 per hour (£26,000 per annum equivalent)

Working 37.5 hours per week

Hybrid working

Duties include:

  • Ensure Purchase Orders are requested from customers on regular basis
  • Daily updating missing PO excel sheet as well as Salesforce.
  • Ensure POs are updated on invoices and submitted for processing and payment.
  • Reviewing invoice queries email inbox and update invoices and Salesforce where needed.
  • Daily liaising with credit controllers so the team is fully up to date when chasing customers for payments.
  • Submit customer invoices via Client’s portal.
  • Assist the client billing team with admin tasks where needed

You will need:

  • Prior Administration experience
  • Happy to work autonomously as well as within a wider team
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Able to prioritise you workload
  • Able to learn new systems and be happy to continuously learn
