Element are pleased to be recruiting a Finance Business Partner for a client in Cheltenham on an exclusive basis. The ideal candidate will be in process of completing their study with ACCA or CIMA and looking to build on their soft skills.
Role & Responsibilities
- Month end management reporting, with subsequent commentary
- Communicating finance information to non finance stakeholders
- Elements of financial planning, budgeting, and analysis
- Supporting non finance stakeholders with budgetary decision making
- Deputising for Finance Business partners on an ad hoc basis
- Identifying areas for continuous improvement, playing a part in business growth.
Key Characteristics
- AAT Qualified
- Looking to complete further accountancy study (ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
- Prior experience of working with monthly management accounts
- Strong with Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated experience of working to tight deadlines
- Great communication skills
- Attention to detail
