Do you have Accounts Payable experience and you're looking for a new challenge?
We're working with a well-established business who are searching for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring customer projects are set up appropriately in the project management and financial system.
- Raising invoices for completed work and tracking of project milestones to assess whether work is ready to be invoiced, in accordance with contractual terms.
- Working closely with the Line of Business Accountant to ensure completeness of invoicing.
- Provide accurate and timely management information regarding the status of invoices.
- Resolving any queries relating to invoicing and renewals from internal teams or external customers.
- Issuing credit notes when appropriate.
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Some experience in Accounts Payable is desired
- Excellent time management
- Strong and demonstrable customer service skills
- High level attention to detail
