“Hi, I’m Ibrahim, here at Element Recruitment I look after all recruitment for Graduate to Transactional Finance and Accountancy. I’m striving for progression and looking to further establish myself in the Recruitment world.”
What were you doing before Element?
“Prior to starting at Element, I was an Estate agent and helping at my Families Restaurant (Mr Mashuk’s Curry House). I highly recommend it there; I’ve even persuaded the Element Team to have a Social there !”
How did you hear about Element ?
“I found Element whilst I was in my last role, an old colleague I worked with at the Estate agents (Harry Harvey) who encouraged me to make the move."
What do you enjoy about Element ?
“I really enjoy the graft! It's the perfect role for me being able to meet people and build relationships with clients, candidates and co-workers.
Everyone is so supportive; the team are always helpful. Especially the Admin team, always happy to help me with the many, many, MANY questions I like to ask! (just to be sure).
The team truly reflect our values, and we celebrate all wins- big and small. I have really enjoyed all our incentive trips, especially our Belfast trip.”
What do you find the most challenging about the job ?
“Has to be time management- I simply wish there were more hours in the day to do more work !”
What’s a fun fact about you ?
“I’m not a fan of coffee, but I love a cup of tea with 4 sugars in… crazy I know but it’s so good I promise.”
What would you say to anyone interested in joining Element Recruitment?
"If you are thinking of making the move to Recruitment or Element specifically, I can’t recommend it enough. I’m so glad I made the move, stepping out of my comfort zone was a big step in my career.
But I wouldn’t have had it any other way !"
