We are thrilled to celebrate Emma's 5th anniversary with Element Recruitment!
From the very start, Emma has been an integral part of our team. She joined us as an apprentice and quickly proved herself, earning multiple promotions over the years. Today, she’s our Payroll & Finance Clerk, and we’re excited to share that Emma will be stepping up to cover for our Finance Officer during maternity leave – a role we know she’ll excel in.
Emma’s straight-talking, capable nature and commitment to her work have earned her the trust and respect of everyone at Element. Whether it’s been navigating challenges or celebrating successes, Emma has consistently risen to every occasion, proving herself time and time again as a key part of our business.
Emma has been with us through the ups and downs, including her own big life moments – from maternity leave to getting engaged, married, and buying a house. We've shared so many milestones together, and we couldn’t be more grateful for her loyalty, hard work, and unwavering support.
